My instructional book is almost finished. INTERVALLIC
PERMUTATIONS It involves all the different combinations
you can get out of a 7-note scale. There's a lot,
f.i., 1-2-3-4-5- can be permutated into 1-5-2-4-3,
etc. etc. I got all the possibilies 1 through 6 done.
1 through 7 is hard.There's 30 combinations of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7
times 7 = 210 x 24 possibilities = 5040 combinations.
Together with all the other availabilities, that's
close to 10.000 great lines and ideas there. I've
already been playing some of the ideas that come out
of it and though not all are useful, there's alot
of answers there. I will add recorded examples of
the ideas in the book, too. |
